SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
30 day notice given to all members of the Eastman SnoPals Inc of a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING on Saturday January 21st at 10am at the Royal Canadian Legion at 45 McArthur Ave., in Lac du Bonnet.
The By-Law 1/2015 of the Eastman SnoPals requires a GENERAL MEETING to decide on expenditures exceeding $20,000 .
The President has requested the meeting as the Board of Directors have indicated that they will introduce a motion to purchase a new GROOMER.
You must be a current member of the Eastman SnoPals to attend the meeting.
All active members may vote at this meeting.
